New Initiatives for Maximizing Human Capital
Our company is committed to maximizing human capital by enhancing employee engagement. We are continuously implementing various systems and improving compensation to create a safe working environment, promote individual career development, and enhance skills. To achieve a virtuous cycle where individual growth leads to company growth, we are now implementing the following new initiatives:
1.Increase in Starting Salary for New Graduates
From the perspective of "continuous investment in people", we are advancing comprehensive wage policies. As part of this, we are increasing the starting salary for new graduates to support young employees' lives and create an environment where they can begin their careers with peace of mind. Additionally, along with the increase in starting salary for new graduates, we are also raising the compensation levels for existing employees.

・University graduates: | Increased to 118% of previous levels |
・Technical college graduates: | Increased to 105% of previous levels |
・High school graduates: | Increased to 107% of previous levels |
2.Revision of Promotion and Advancement Timing
To support employee growth and career development, we are changing the promotion and advancement timeline from once a year to an as-needed basis. This allows for more flexible promotions, enabling outstanding employees to advance more quickly and promoting overall company growth.
3.Introduction of Scholarship Repayment Support System
To alleviate the financial and psychological burden of employees repaying scholarships, we will support eligible employees with up to ¥100,000 per year for a maximum of 10 years. This aims to improve young employee retention and attract talented individuals.
4.Initiatives for Health Management
Believing that a healthy work environment enhances corporate value, we have prioritized "health creation" as a management strategy. In December 2024, we implemented a "Health Management Policy" and internal promotion system. We will actively promote various measures and aim for early certification as a "Health Management Excellent Corporation."
Through these initiatives, we aim to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and performance, thereby improving corporate value in the medium to long term.
