Socionext Selected for Inclusion in the FTSE4Good Index Series for the First Time
Socionext Inc. announced today that it has been selected for the first time as a constituent of the FTSE4Good Index Series.
The FTSE4Good Index Series is an ESG investment index created by FTSE Russell, a global index provider. It evaluates companies based on factors such as corporate governance, occupational health and safety, anti-corruption measures, and climate change initiatives, and consists of companies that meet stringent environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria. The index is also widely used by investors and asset managers worldwide in the construction and evaluation of responsible investment funds and various financial products.
As of the end of June 2026, the FTSE4Good Index Series included 2,234 companies worldwide, including 296 Japanese companies.
