Socionext Inc. has been evaluated as 3 stars for the second consecutive year in the overall evaluation of "NIKKEI Sustainable Management Survey 2025, Smart Work Edition" , sponsored by Nikkei Inc.
"Smart Work" is a management strategy aimed at maximizing corporate value by fully leveraging human resources, enhancing employee well-being, and accelerating investment in talent to drive innovation, improve productivity, and create new value. The Smart Work Management survey has been conducted by Nikkei Inc. since 2017, targeting listed companies and leading private firms across Japan. Among 788 companies that provided valid responses, organizations are evaluated on a five-star scale based on three key perspectives: Human Resource Utilization, Human Resource Investment, and Technology Utilization.
Within these evaluation categories, our group was particularly recognized for its strong initiatives in Human Resource Strategy and KPI management.
