Features of “viewphii 64” LSI

An ultrasound system can be configured using only two types of LSI (three chips)

No. of Tx channels: Up to 96 (up to 192 channels when using two pulser LSIs)

No. of Rx channels: 64

High-voltage pulser: +/-15V to +/-40V (ternary)

Imaging modes: B mode, M mode, color Doppler, power Doppler, pulse Doppler, harmonic imaging (PI or filter)

Image processing: Spatial compound, trapezoidal scanning

Power consumption: 1W (typical, using B mode)

Supported transducers: Linear, convex, sector

Features of “viewphii-US” LSI

Ultrasound systems can be configured using three types of LSI (six chips)

No. of Tx channels: Up to 32 (Up to 128 channels when using four pulser LSIs)

Rx channels: 32 channels

High-voltage pulser: +40V (binary)

Imaging modes: B mode, color Doppler (linear probe only)

Power consumption: 0.8W (typical, using B mode)

Supported transducers: Linear, convex
